Glaskogen Camping

The campsite in Lenungshammar in the Glaskogen Nature Reserve is unique. The pitches are beautifully located in the forest with a small grove between them - each pitch with its open fireplace. The camping ground for tents is situated in the middle of Lenungshammar, next to a small pond and close to the lakes Övre and Stora Gla. There are camping cottages and apartments to rent.

Within the area, you find the information centre whit a shop, sauna, showers, WC and washing machine. In case you want to paddle or experience nature by bike, it is possible to rent canoes, kayaks and rowboats at the campsite. Separate camping ground for larger groups on request. Observe that it is not allowed - according to the reserve regulations - to put up your caravan and camper on any other places in the area but the campsite.

The nature reserve is accessible and the shelters/overnight cabins are available the whole year.

The Information centre in Lenungshammar 2024:

The information centre and the camping reception are open weekdays between 10 AM and 12 AM and 1 PM and 3 PM. Available at Café Carl during the low season .

Closed at Christmas and New year.
