Paddling Adventures
Exploring the wilderness of western Värmland from the cockpit of a kayak or canoe is an adventure that should be experienced. The area around Arvika and Årjäng is one of the country’s most water-rich areas with over 800 km of canoe trails. Arvika Canoe & Tourist Center, Eda Outdoor, and Nordmarken’s Canoe Center are some of the companies that offer various packages for both beginners and advanced paddlers.

Tom Sawyer Adventures in the Wilderness
Perhaps the very best way to experience the nature of Värmland is from a log raft on the Klarälven River.
