Lecture and Guided Tours, the Ferlin Museum at Kvarnen in Filipstad, July 23
The day at the Kvarnen Museum begins at 12:00 PM with a lecture by Hans Rutberg on Nils Ferlin’s years of anxiety during World War II. The Anglo-Swedish musician Fred Lane will perform his own musical settings of some of Ferlin’s poems from that troubled time.
Guided tours of the Ferlin Museum at the Kvarnen Museum will be available.
At 2:30 PM at the Main Square, the Nils Ferlin Society will award the Troubadour Prize to Sune Bohlin and the Ferlin Prize to Eva Ström.
Afterwards, Adolphson & Falk will perform, including songs from their new album featuring Ferlin lyrics.

Gallery and museum of the poet Nils Ferlin. The museum was ianugrated the 12th of march 2005. It reflects the activity and poetry of the poet, mainly from his early years. On the 1st floor there is an art Gallery.
