Strandgården bed & breakfast has 9 rooms of different sizes. Shared facilities; kitchen, 3 shower rooms, 5 toilets and 3 TV rooms with balconies.
Two apartments, one in the main building and one in the annex building. The latter has a private terrace with a hammock and a nice view of Lake Vänern.
Breakfast, bed linen and towel included. Free parking and wi-fi. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking. The restaurant is open on demand. In the summer you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking Lake Vänern.
There are nice trails for walking in the area. The Iron Trail (30 km hiking trail) and Vänerleden (640 km biking trail) is close by. The animal farm Stadsbondgården and Österviks kapell are also in the vicinity. The art museum, Kristinehamn konstmuseum, with its restaurant and café is located at Marieberg which is at convenient walking distance. Also the Manorpark of Gustafsvik and the riding club.

From Kristinehamn Tourist Office: Drive Västerlånggatan to Karlstadvägen. Take left. Follow the trail until the roundabout, turn left onto Strandvägen about 1.5 km. Strandgårdens Wärdshus is on the left.
