Nötöleden

Nötöleden is in the middle part of the nature reserve Nötön-Åråsviken, an area renowned for its old oaks, open fields and lake views. After 1,6 km you arrive at Hästudden, a rest area with a campfire pit, benches and table, outodoor toilet, and a wonderful view of lake Vänern. The cottage Österöstugan can be used. It has a fireplace , outdoor toilet, table and benches. The farm on Västra Nötön is a private property, please show respect.

The whole area is part of a nature reserve. You will pass through grazing pastures with cows. The animals can be very curious and the trail is therefore not suitable for dogs during the period when cows are grazing.

If you combine Nötöleden with Arskagsleden you get 13 km of trails. In the area you also find Prästöleden.
