Kvarntorp is Myllylä in Finnish. It is an old Finnish settlement with traditional smoke house. The Finnish smoke houses had no chimney, but the smoke from the central stone oven was let out into the room for heating and than let out through a hatch in the roof when it came too low. The main building also has a sweden cabin.
Here you can enjoy the traditional dish motti & fläsk (roasted oatmeal with bacon and lingonberry jam) or coffee with waffles.
Open from 20 June - 16 August, 11 am-6 pm every day.
