Many types of fish can be caught in the lakes and rivers throughout Arvika district. There are more than 20 fishing areas and licences can be purchased at the Tourist Information Centre in Arvika.
A district fishing licence, entitling you to fish in about 25 of Arvika's lakes, is a good licence for those who want to fish in different lakes during their stay.
