Savolax, fishing

Savolax is located near lake Tvällen in Bogen, one hours drive north of Arvika, just 10 km from the Norwegian border.
In lake Tvällen and many other smaller lakes in the area you can mainly catch pike and perch, but also eel, burbot and roach. There is also a trout lake nearby which is filled with hundreds of 2kg rainbow trout every year.

Savolax offers accommodation in cottages close to the lake Tvällen. You can also rent boats and canoes and buy your fishing permit for the area.

Open from April - October.
