kmThe pilgrim route starts at the island Lurö and continues to Värmlandsnäs in Säffle, passes Kila and Gillberga up to Arvika. From Stömne through Glava and Älgå to Eda where it passes Köla and Skillingmark up to the Norwegian border.
The trail is marked with the S:t Olofs mark on wooden posts. A pilgrim's pass is available at the tourist information centre. It costs 20 SEK. You can get four stamps within Arvika municipality, at Gladisvall, the Glava and Älgå churches and at Torgeir's källa (well).
