Byamossarna - nature reserve guarded by the ducal couple of Värmland

Byamossarna is the largest connected bog area in the Arvika district. The wilderness character makes the area suitable for rambles and cross-country skiing. A walking path of 3,5 km along the Stentjärnet will show you the wild character of the area. In winter time there a good possibilities for cross country skiing.

The area is easily accessed from Mossen in Mangskog.
By good supply of snow the skiing tracks on Byamossen start at Mossen in Mangskog, Byn and Ingersbyn in Gunnarskog.
