The nature reserve Gårdsviksfjället is located in Säffle municipality but also touches Arvika and Grums municipalities. The nature reserve is 158 hectares and has been formed to protect the old Carr, pine forest and lush forest. The area has several endangered and rare animals and plants found, for example, candelabra mushrooms. Furthermore, there is a high abundance of hardwood dependent birds.
