Amateur Radio Morokulien - shortened ARIM - was founded in 1968 as a collaboration between Norwegian and Swedish radio amateurs. The radiostation called Grensestua has, over the years, become wellknown and very popular all over the world among radio enthusiasts. Its unique location and double call signal, SJ9WL for Sweden and LG5LG for Norway, has made the station a desireable so called DX-prefix for radio amateurs all over the world. Grensestua has a lot of visitors every year and most of them get responses and contact from around the world when informing that it is Grensestua in Morokulien calling. To be able to use the signal SJ9WL/LG5LG you will have to be a licensed radio amatuer or be together with someone with a license.
