The statue of the poet Nils Ferlin are said to be one of the most photographed in Sweden. The charge for the statue was 137 000 kr and it was inaugurated the 24 of May 1975. The Statuet is made by Karl Göte Bejemark(1922-2000). He has made the statue of Nils Ferlin at the church of Klara in Stockholm as well.
The Statue is situated close by Skillerälven at Stora Torget in the centre of Filipstad.
