A long-distance footpath which combines SISU-gården (an outdoor-life building), Ski hut in Deje and Frykstastugan in Kil.
Along the path you pass by a lot of remains of the ancient times such as charcoals, remains of croft/cottage and burial-places.

Ski hut in Deje - Frykstahöjden in Kil about 17 kilometers
Follow the orange-coloured markings along the way.
Popular recreation area with a jogging track that attracts visitors from all over the county. Wintertime prepared tracks with artificial snow if necessary.
