Welcome to walk in a beautiful nature. The culture path is a 5 kilometers walking route marked with yellow labels. It goes from Åna situated at the south part of the pound, through the Park of the people, Åsen, Örtenvi and the Bathing place of the boarding house and back to Åna. It was made by Mölnbacka AIS 2006, to be used among others to common walking- and jogging evenings. The unique with the path is that it goes through several historic places with cultural value. Therefore MAIS has put up 15 information boards with old pictures and text about the places.
The path surroundings offers groups of leaf trees, fir forests, meadows, lakes and creeks. That means that it is possible to enjoy a wide range of nature experiences.
It is partly broken ground but mostly easy to walk. It is not suitable for handicapped while there are some roots in some parts of the path.
HOW TO FIND IT:
To get to the starting point, go to the center of Mölnbacka. Below the Manor-house there is a cross-roads. Follow the road towards Östra Deje about 100 meters and you can see the notice board straight ahead on the small hill where the start is.
An area of beautiful nature and with beautiful old buildings. Here can you find a bathing place, places for fishing and a culture path, among other things. There is also a community centre in Mölnbacka where activities of different kinds often are organized.
