Värmland’s only “envelope” grave is located in the centre of Grums, in Sveaparken. The grave is a four-sided stone arrangement and the name comes from the fact that it is shaped like an envelope.
The stone arrangement was examined in 1906 and dates back to the Iron Age, 500 BC to 1000 AD. In 1916 an archaelogical examination of the grave was made but no grave gifts or other historical items could be found.
