Angsjön is a forest lake surrounded by marshland. By Kalkudden headland, a decalcified area of marshes next to Angsjön, a number of plants unusual for the area grow. Among them wintergreens. The trail is 8 km long and goes round Angsjön lake in Karlskoga Municipality. It is laid out in easy going Kilsberg countryside with start and finishing points by Valåsen, just east of Karlskoga. There are rest stops with fire pits in two places. Angsjön trail connects to Ten Lakes trail and onward to Bergslag trail. Maps with information are available at Karlskoga Tourist Office.
