Pleasant walking paths in the surroundings. The Järnleden (hiking trail of 30 kilometers) passes nearby and the Vänerleden (cycling trail of 640 kilometers) as well. Stadsbondgården, where children can have fun with animals and play, and Östervik's chapel are also nearby.
The art museum with restaurant and café outside on Marieberg is within walking distance. Pleasant walking path to Gustafsvik's manor park and Kristinehamn's riding school.
