Lakes: Fishing permits for fishing from Kyrksten in the north to Mörkviken in the south. The exception is Åsbergsviken, the inner part of Ladufallsviken and a small area in Mörkviken. Furthermore, no fishing area at the entrance to Käxsundet and Knappforsen. Respect the boundaries/markers that are placed in the lake and marked on the map of the fishing area.
Fishing may not be conducted closer than 50m from the shore of private houses.
Fish: Zander (minimum size 45 cm), perch, and pike. Zander ban from May 1 to June 20.
During the Zander ban, you may not use your engine when fishing. The ban means that no zander may be taken from the lake. This also applies to injured fish.
Sale of fishing permits: Kristinehamns Tourist Office, +46 550 881 87 Fishing license is limited to hand tools, fishing rods hit counts, spinning rod, fly rod, jig & depth rod. Six tip-up fishing devices are included per license. No equipment may be left unattended.
