Sandbacken is located 3 km north of Saffle, east side of Byälven. Here are lawns, sandy beach and bridges. There are also rocks to sit on. Dressing Room, trash cans and outhouse. Please note not to swim too far out if you are not a good swimmer, there is a current in the river.

3 km from the center of Säffle. Drive road 175 towards Arvika. Turn left just after leaving town at the information booth. Follow the signs to the right towards Västeräng.
