The natural values are the natural forest-like forest environment, where some parts have been unaffected by man for a long time. Close to Elofsbyn Lägergård and Hostel there is an overview map of the hiking trails in the area including the nature reserves Bjursjöhöjden, Segolstorpshöjden and Ulvfjället.
Road boom is open to reserve visitors from May 15 to September 15. Note. Remember not to drive in if the boom is open before or after these dates, it can be forest workers or moose hunting in the forests around the reserve which when they leave the boom closes so you do not get out with the car.
