Already in 1710, there were shipments of Byälven in Högsäter. It took King Karl XII and his troops forward in connection with the war against Norway. Perhaps it was then that the shipment in organized form began. For more facts and timetable see web page.
Högsäter route served directly at the needs of the overpass. Valid Monday - Friday 6 am - 9:50 pm, with a break at 09:35 - 10 am and at 5:35- 6 pm. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays at 08:00 am - 3:50 pm with a break at 12:35 - 1 pm
