Book a night in a sleeping car from 1931. Bring your own bedding or rent, breakfast is available for purchase in the summer cafe which is in the old cafe car. You can also order a picnic basket for your adventure.
Go on a trolley on the old railway, Svanskogsbanan, an exciting ride for both children and adults. The adventure starts at Finntorp. Bring your swimwear for a dip in Lake Ömmeln, after Ömmeln station it's uphill to the 263 meter long Bollsby tunnel which leads on to Svanskog railway station. You can also start from Svanskog Railway Station.

Svanskog Railway Station is one of Sweden's most well-preserved stations with waiting rooms. The train service has long been discontinued, there were transport trains until the 90s. On the railway today you can pedal a trolley. The tours depart from Forsbackabaden outside Åmål to Svanskog station. It is also possible to start at Svanskog Railway Station.
