Here, you will find culinary meetings and good taste at the centre of everything. Here, you can enjoy the good life through inspiring tastings, cooking classes, a delicious dinner, or by purchasing our products to take home with you.

At Kulinarika, first class food is at the heart of the experience. Enjoy a dinner, or book the entire restaurant for a private party in a beautiful location.
Experience
At the vineyard, your senses are stimulated by taste experiences that lead to knowledge, as well as inspiration and well-being. Book your experience as a nice way to spend time together with family or friends, or as a great team building exercise with your colleagues. You may also choose a pre-planned activity from our calendar.
Consult
Kulinarika offers consulting for restaurant businesses and small-scale food producers. The consulting might concern concept and/or product development, profitability, beverage education, cooking inspiration, food styling, recipe and/or menu development.
Conference
Businesses and groups are most welcome at Kulinarika. They offer meeting and lecture rooms from groups of 10 up to 80 people (cinema style). There is wifi at the premises, as well as computer projectors, and speaker equipment. Of course, you will be offered a tasty meal in connection with your meeting, and a food related activity of your choosing.
Food processing
At our farm, we process fruit and berries to beverages. Must, carbonated drinks, and cider. Kulinarika’s main product will eventually be refined in the newly built, dedicated buildings – a sparkling apple wine. In other words, a champagne of Värmland county. Kulinarika produces their beverages with craftsmanship and in small volumes. There is pride in every bottle that leaves the farm for your home, or for a restaurant. Of course, Kulinarika’s products are also available in their own restaurant.
