Utterbysäter Lodge offers three kinds of accommodation, with 24-26 beds in total.
The main house has an area of 150 sqm and room for 9 to max. 16 persons. Very high standard. Kitchen with electric stove, two fridges and dishwasher. Fully equipped. Bathroom with shower and WC, extra shower and roomy sauna in the basement. Four large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. Access to Internet and Wi-Fi. Living room with satellite TV, VCR, DVD and CD players. Terrace facing south. No fixed arrival dates, you decide!
Bed linen and towels are included.
A fully equiped apartment of about 25 sqm is connected directly to the main house and has four beds, bunk bed and sofabed.
A small cottage of 15 sqm has 3+1 beds. Shower and WC are available next door.

From Karlstad via Sunne on road 45, direction Torsby. When you arrive at the roundabout in Torsby, keep driving in the direction of MORA, after ca 2km turn right direction HAGFORS on road 239. Continue ca 5km more and turn left at sign UTTERBYSÄTER 6, on gravel road. Your house is the first one on the left hand side.
