kmThis partly steep hike takes you through ancient forest and wet areas before reaching the highest point of Storberget. Up here, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view over the nature reserve.
The trail leads through a varied landscape, where you’ll pass dense forests, mossy wetlands, and open highland areas. The terrain makes the hike a bit more challenging, but it’s well worth the effort for those who enjoy climbing to higher ground and taking in vast natural views.

Current trail status: Open year-round, but boardwalks can be slippery in wet weather. No winter maintenance.
Route and access points: Circular loop within the Horsstomyren–Storberget Nature Reserve. Starting point at Långbergets Sporthotell.
Trail markings: Orange markers and signs.
