The fishing area Ränkens FVOF is well-known for great fishing. Fishing is not allowed in Buvassälven, Hovdanebäcken and Örbäcken. Fishing in Örtjärn only with special day permit 1 jan - 31 aug. Game fishing: Abborrtjärn, max 2 trout.
Species of fish: Pike, Perch, Vendance, burbot, char and salmon trout in Ränken.
Fishing permit: Arvika Tourist Information Center, Sulvikingen, Åmots cykel & sport and private persons. Online www.ifiske.se.
Children up to 15 years fish free on the parent’s licence.
