Rent a SUP-board and try another exciting activity at the canoecentre in Arvika. SUP is a water activity for the whole family and even if balance is important it is possible for everyone to learn. Arvika Kanot & Turistcenter offers a good introduction by a professional instructor and then you are on your way! The activity is a perfect mixture of relaxation, fun and exercise and you are the one to decide on your own mixture!
