Eda – Eda Skans Museum

The museum's collections include uniforms, weapons and objects from the crown barge Kantinen that sank in Lake Hugn in 1808. Eda Skans was built in 1657 and eventually became the most important defense facility against Norway.

Eda Skans Museum is located in Åmotfors and depicts the history of the border between Norway and Sweden during the period 1644-1905.
