This 8 km long trail takes you from Hagfors centre - through beautiful nature in the valley of the stream Örbäcken and on Mana - up 426 m altitude, to the top of Värmullsåsen. Here you'll get a majestic view over Hagfors city. The stream of Örbäcken, which is full of life, meander through a lush deciduous forest and Mana's esker leads through a well-maintained 100-year old pine forest.

The area around Mana and Örbäcken holds much mystery and a valuable flora and fauna that make the area classed as key habitat - an unusual forest environment that must be protected.
