The farm shop offers a variety of wild meat, cold cuts, and ready meals like potato salads, sausages, sauces, and light lunches. In summer, there is marinated wild meat for grilling. In autumn, we have fresh cuts of deer, wild boar, elk, and roe deer, as well as ready-to-cook options like stuffed roasts and elk cordon bleu. For Christmas, we offer cured ham, wild sausages, smoked venison, and more.
Healthy and eco-friendly! Hygns Vilt uses organic ingredients and grows many vegetables and herbs on the farm. Everything is homemade.
