Training with fun challenges, you train based on what you can do. Along the track 1.5 km in the Tegnér area there are 12 different signs with different training sessions. Each sign describes a movement or challenge to be performed. The signs contain QR codes, which allow you to access files with film and audio recordings. It is also a good way if the exercise is difficult to understand.
