Sahlströmsgården is located in the quiet village of Utterbyn, only a few kilometers away from the centre of Torsby. About a century ago, it was the home to the artists Ida, Anna and Bror Sahlström. Now, the hotel combines the old and the new with 30 individually decorated double rooms. All rooms have wooden floors, tiled bathrooms, TV, wireless Internet access and a view of the lake Sirsjön. The rooms on the ground floor also have an open porch door so that you can walk from your room straight onto the lawn. Take the opportunity to sit in the wood-fired sauna and take a cooling swim in the lake afterwards. Or go for a light walk from the hotel. You can choose between two trails, 1,6 km or 4 km long. The hotel is located close to forest and nature, as well as to alpine and cross-country skiing facilities, such as Torsby Ski Tunnel.
Several rooms are suitable for the disabled.
In some rooms, pets are allowed.
