The disc golf course consists of two sections: a front nine (holes 1–9) and a back nine (holes 10–18), just like in traditional golf. The first part, Torsby Frisbeegolfpark, was established in 2014 and is a simpler course starting right by the ski tunnel building. It’s especially suitable for beginners or those who prefer a relaxed pace.
The second part, Torsby Discgolfpark Back Nine, was inaugurated in 2022 and offers a more challenging forest course. It starts near Valbergsängens Sporthotell and winds through varied terrain.
Disc golf – also known as frisbee golf – is played with a disc instead of a club and ball. The aim is to reach the metal basket in as few throws as possible. No prior knowledge is needed, and the sport suits all ages. No booking required.
