kmMulltjärn Runt is an easy, quality-assured and certified Hiking Värmland trail that offers beautiful lake views and scenic rest spots. The trail follows the shoreline of Lake Mulltjärn, providing a peaceful walk close to the water.
Halfway along the trail, you’ll reach the lake’s southern shore, where there is a swimming area with a jetty and a fire pit. Here, you can take a break for a swim or enjoy a meal by the fire. The trail is ideal for families with children, but also for older kids and teenagers who want to try a shorter hike before heading out on the longer trails in the area. Mattila also offers the children’s trail Trollstigen – an exciting walk through the enchanted troll forest, leading up the mountain to MattilaMäki. Small trolls and letters will greet you along the way.
For those who want to hike farther, several alternative trails are available nearby – some stretching for many kilometers. Read more on Mattila’s website.
