With a starting field of local drivers on the various stages and a strong international field of top drivers aiming for the overall victory, a rally party is promised!
Inauguration and official start at Stora torget in Karlstad
On Thursday 29 May, the BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia will be inaugurated with a grand ceremony at Karlstad Square. A ramp will be built where all the cars from both the FIA European Rally Championship and the Swedish Rally Championship will be presented to the audience and TV viewers around the world. The start ceremony, which begins at around 17:30, gives the audience and the people of Karlstad a unique opportunity to get close to both cars and drivers. Interviews, autograph sessions and a great atmosphere await when the race starts.

The BAUHAUS Royal Rally of Scandinavia, which was born as a brand new rally in the ERC since 2023 is back! And there are many, both drivers and rally fans around the world who look forward to Värmland's contribution with routes they recognise from Rally Sweden, which they will now get to experience in the summer.
Rally enthusiasts from all over Sweden and the world will also enjoy live bands, party tents and After Rally, VIP experiences and much more. And of course, the party at the rally world's famous and immensely popular crest - Colin's Crest!
The rally centre with rally HQ, service park, ceremonies and After Rally will be in Karlstad and several of the stages will be accessible by bus directly from the centre of Karlstad.
The rally ends with a grand prize ceremony
Saturday evening, 31 May, will be a festive end to a fast-paced weekend. After intense stages on Värmland's classic gravel roads, drivers, teams and fans will gather again in the square for prize-giving, ceremonies, press conferences and interviews. The centre of Karlstad will be buzzing with rally joy as this year's winners are crowned in front of the town hall.
