3. Meet Curious Alpacas at Karlstad Alpaca Farm

Go for a hike, enjoy a fika, or do yoga together with Kolan, Kakan, and the other alpacas in the pasture at Karlstad Alpaca Farm in Botorp, just north of Karlstad. A different experience for the whole family where you’ll get up close with the calm and curious alpacas. There’s also a small shop on the farm with honey from the village and various products made with the finest alpaca wool.

4. Torsby Ski Tunnel & Sport Center – Skiing in Any Weather!

In Torsby, the family gets an active winter regardless of the weather! Here, you can choose to ski indoors or outdoors, a wonderful experience for the whole family.

5. Sundstabadet – Fun for All Ages

Come and experience Sundstabadet! Young or old, playful or calm, regular or occasional guest – there’s something for everyone here. In the adventure pool, you can have stomach-flipping fun regardless of age. Ride the slides Svarta Fallet and Stora Blå, swim in tranquil lagoons, tackle the climbing wall, and float in the outdoor pool with flowing water. There’s also a children’s area with several pools of warmer water for the little ones, where you’ll meet Inger and Lasse Sandberg’s well-known characters like the Ghost Laban and Long Uncle.
